Jeannine Fenlon, MA, LCSW

Chief Operations Officer

Jeannine oversees all the Care Coordination and Behavioral Health Home services the agency provides to our youth and families. She joined CCCC in 2008 as a Care Manager Supervisor and appreciates the agency's strengths-based and comprehensive perspective in providing support to youth and families served. Jeannine obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work with a Family Support Specialization from the University of Chicago. She began her professional career working in supportive housing in Chicago, before moving to a prevention program focused on mothers who were expecting and/or parenting children under the age of three.
